BEFORE MY RENTAL


i)What do the rates include?


They include the rentral, an unlimited mileage, CDW (Collision Damage Waiver),PAI (Personal Accident Insurance),TW (Theft Waiver) and the VAT of 15%.


ii)Do I need a special driver's license?


Driver's license received from your country gives you permission to drive in Mauritius


iii) If I am not the person who will drive the vehicle, can I still book it and make the payment?


No because as indicated in the Rental Agreement, the holder of the credit card who prepaid the reservation must be the main driver (renter).


iv) Is there possibility to have an additional driver?


With our agreement, the vehicle can be driven by another person. However, the details will have to be communicated to us.
 

v) Is there a mileage limit for my rental?


The price includes unlimited mileage: you can drive as much as you want.


vi) Do I need to return the vehicle with the fuel tank full?


We provide you with a vehicle with full fuel. So when the vehicle comes back, it must be with the same level of fuel. Please note that Europcar may ask you to provide proof of fuel purchase (receipt).

 

vii) What options are available?

DURING MY RENTAL


i) What type of fuel do I need to refuel with?


All our vehicles are unleaded or diesel powered. The representative will give you this information while delivering the car to you.

 


ii) What happens if the car breaks down or in the event of an accident?


You will have an emergency assistance 24 hours a day. The contact person/ phone number will be given to you by the representative and will be noted on the contract. In the event of an accident, you call us first, then you complete an accident report form, which will include a detailed report of the circumstances in which it occurred. In the event of an accident, always make sure to establish an amicable report with the other person involved (you will find one in the car). If you do not do this, your liability could be incurred in relation to the cost of repairing the damage caused to the rental vehicle.


iii) What should I do if my keys are lost?


In case of loss of the vehicle keys, you must contact us. The receipt of new keys will be done on the same day. Additional charges will apply as our insurance and coverage do not cover the loss of keys.


iv) What happens if I am fined?


In case of a fine during your rental, you will be informed by the police or by Europcar in order to make the payment.






AFTER MY RENTAL


i) Can I get a copy of my invoice?


You can get a copy of your invoice by clicking on "About your reservation" and then "Print an invoice". To extract the information, you will need your email address and your last name.
